Wings (A Haiku)

Wings

Fly against the tide

Overcome undercurrents

 With wings, it’s a cinch¡

    • Hello Manoj Arora. This is an Interesting poem you posted. Would you care to explain some of the symbols you used? (“turnpike,” “creased map,” “blurred boundaries,” “red cross”) Thank you for leaving a comment!

      • turnpike: tollroad. That means you gotta pay a price for a creased map with blurred boundaries, which would be peace since map with blurred boundaries = One nation, living peacefully. And the red cross is a symbol for the heavy price one must pay for peace.
